Legislation has been passed to allocate funding to nonprofits and philanthropic communities providing individual shelter options. The city is now accepting food and food service donations.

Funding is now available for project sponsors offering services that benefit the health, safety, and welfare of residents.

This funding worked alongside United Way's emergency rental assistance and the city's isolation hotels to protect residents during the pandemic. See also our COVID Crisis announcement.
