Rapper T.I.'s Affordable Housing Development on the Westside

T.I.'s vision for expanding affordable housing on Atlanta's Westside has become a reality with the opening of Intrada Westside.

The development officially opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on November 14, 2023, at 2174–2176 Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway NW. The 143-unit affordable housing community was developed by the Vecino Group and includes 25 permanent supportive housing units for individuals experiencing homelessness through Atlanta Housing's HomeFlex-HAVEN program.

Intrada Westside offers a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. In addition to affordable housing, residents have access to on-site supportive services, community amenities, and resources designed to promote long-term housing stability.

The project reflects the type of public-private partnership needed to address Atlanta's affordable housing shortage. While T.I.'s involvement helped bring attention to the development, the completed community now provides safe, affordable homes and permanent supportive housing for some of Atlanta's most vulnerable residents.
