Construction is underway on Trinity Central Flats, a new 218-unit affordable housing development at 104 Trinity Avenue SW, directly across from Atlanta City Hall.

The 10-story development will bring something Downtown Atlanta has long needed: more housing for people who work in and around the city but are increasingly priced out of living there.

How Affordable Will It Be?

All 218 apartments will be offered below market rate to households earning no more than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Most go further than that. 193 apartments will be reserved for households earning at or below 50% or 60% AMI. The development is also designed so City of Atlanta employees can qualify based on income. Twenty apartments will be reserved through Partners for HOME for residents who need permanent supportive housing.

The development will also include approximately 7,500 square feet of retail space, putting new housing and businesses on a corner that has remained vacant despite sitting directly across from City Hall.
