Warner Robins Expands Homeless Services at Haven Hope House

Haven Hope House in Warner Robins, located in Houston County in Middle Georgia, is expanding its services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
Beginning June 8, the city-owned center will provide regular weekday assistance through a partnership with The Assembly, a local church that operates the facility.
What Help Is Available?
Guests will be able to receive lunch, hygiene supplies, food, clothing, and connections to other community resources.
The center will be open Monday through Thursday, with the first three days focused on direct services and Thursdays reserved for administrative and case-management work. Case management means working individually with someone to identify what they need and connect them with services that can help them move toward stability.
Additional community organizations are also expected to begin providing services at Haven Hope House, including:
- Mental health support
- Medical care
- Addiction recovery
- Employment assistance
- Help obtaining important documents
- Veteran services
- Connections to state programs
Building Toward More
Haven Hope House originally celebrated its ribbon cutting in October 2025 and has since been used as an emergency shelter during dangerous weather.
The longer-term vision goes beyond emergency assistance. City officials have discussed eventually developing a structured 90-day program to help people work toward greater stability and self-sufficiency.
For Warner Robins, the expanded daytime services mean people experiencing homelessness now have another place to meet immediate needs while connecting with organizations that may help them take the next step toward stability.
